Resolute Operations

Ask Resolute.

Your Claude knows the whole floor: every call transcript, every sale, attendance, coaching cards, compliance, HR paperwork — read-only, in plain English. This page is the menu. Click any question to copy it, paste it into Claude, and push further from there. Or skip the page entirely: type "Ask Resolute" into any new chat and Claude will bring the menu to you.

Sales & the board

Signed calls, conversion legs, the TL View numbers — any day since mid-June.

The morning meeting

One ask, everything you read out at 9am.

One agent, everything

Prep a 1-to-1 in thirty seconds. Use any name — it copes with spellings.

The dialler — live, right now

Straight from Connex. The only numbers that know about today, and the only ones that count calls nobody answered.

Calls & transcripts

Every transcribed call since 12 June — list them, search them, read them.

Compliance

Flags with the exact quotes, open or resolved, any week.

Coaching & impact

Cards, sessions, and whether the coaching actually moved the numbers.

HR & paperwork

Attendance, forms, PIPs, assessments, daily-sales commission entries.

Track something down

A number, a name, a phrase — it will find the call.

Go bigger — it builds things too

Claude doesn't just answer: it can turn any of this into reports, dashboards and spreadsheets. Steal these.

How to get the best out of it

  • Talk normally. "Sales", "signs", "deals" — it knows they all mean Signed. "Who's off" means attendance. No codes needed.
  • Names are forgiving. First names work; it matches dialler spellings ("Phalo King" is Phalo Phanyaza).
  • Push the follow-up. The first answer is the start. "Why?", "show me the calls", "now as a table", "compare with last month".
  • Ask for the format you want. HTML page for the screen, colour Excel for the file, plain text to read out.
  • Two different scales — don't mix them. The dialler makes about 83,000 dial attempts a day; only about 2,400 become transcribed conversations (a real person, over 90 seconds). Activity and contact rate come from the first; what was said, technique and compliance come from the second.
  • Trust but verify quotes. Transcripts are machine-made — before acting on a serious quote, use the listen link.
